1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• Betj9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or internet connection failures beyond our control.
• Betj9 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, reputational damage, or any indirect losses suffered by members.
• Under no circumstances shall betj9's maximum total liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being submitted.
• Betj9 is not responsible for any consequences arising from a member's use of the platform in violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Betj9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement.

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Multiple account ownership or bonus abuse.

• No account activity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the betj9 support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must first be completed or forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution
